Every school holidays we are inundated with registrations for our excursions.
We try to provide as many young people with opportunities to participate as
possible considering the limited spaces available. This often means people
getting the opportunity to attend one excursion. We do however prioritise the
most disadvantaged, sometimes this is unpopular. The overarching goal of
the holiday program in to engage those who may need further support, our
excursions are an ideal entry point for many new young people and their families.

This year we facilitated 15 excursions and 59 in house activities during the school
             holiday program.

                 Links to Learning
For many years we have partnered with Cumberland Multicultural Community Services one day a week to deliver Links to
Learning. Links to Learning is a targeted program funded by the NSW Department of Education and Communities that aims to
improve outcomes for young people, focusing on effective transition for at risk youth. The program is aimed at young people who
experience barriers to participating in mainstream education or training.

Young people who access the Links to Learning program are provided with learning opportunities and support services to assist
them to remain in or re-engage with education, training or transition in to employment. It provides intensive support in learning
